The reporting files have been distributed to operational VFRGs

The four files correspond to four type of information to be collected and archived by VFRGs:

- Alert Documentation: to be filled at the time of alert by Alert Coordinator (SOP 01)

- Incident Report: to be filled after the deployement by the Crew Commander (SOP 06 / SOP 08)

- Activity Report: to be filled after each activity undertaken by the VFRG by activity organiser, Chief of Group, Head of FA... (SOP 08)

- Log book: to be filled after each activity undertaken by the VFRG by activity organiser, Chief of Group, Head of FA... (SOP 08)

They are stored in VFR station and must help community leaders, RS officers and chief of group to track activity of the VFRG.
