On October 5, 2025, to mark the opening ceremony of the Noyemberan VFR station, the Noyemberan VFRG and the RS fire brigade organised a simulation exercise in Ptghavan locality with the Austrian Red Cross fire rescue expert.  

As part of a new initiative and a request to the EU to support Volunteer Fire Rescue Groups through a France-Austria consortium , representatives from Expertise France attended the event.
