Representatives of the Austrian Development Agency, Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Armenian Red Cross Society, Austrian Red Cross and DG-ECHO attended to the opening ceremony of 2 ToTs for VFRGs held in October 2024.
The ToT's aim was to form a core of highly motivated, well-trained volunteers within 2 VFRGs, who would be able to train other VFRG volunteers in their respective communities.

The main aim of the simulation exercise was to learn how to work as a crew, with each crew member having a specific role in the deployment for fire & rescue: crew commander, driver, team leader 1, team member 1, team leader 2, team member 2.
