On 15th of March 2025 the Spitak Volunteer Fire Rescue Group was deployed for a wildfires response in Mets Parni locality.

The VFRG was immediately deployed before arrival of RS forces and were engaged in fire extinguishing with their specific equipment (water backpumps and metal fire brooms).
