On March 8/9, 2025 the Garni Volunteer Fire Rescue Group organised a two days training/exercice led by the AutRC fire rescue expert.

The two-day training course focused on first aid, with an interesting final exercise about car accident, involving a crew divided between a first aid and rescue team and a second team, in the rear, for fire protection. After providing first aid to the victims, a fire breaks out in the vehicle. The second team must extinguish the fire while the first team extracts the victim from the vehicle. They all operate under the command of their crew commander (red helmet).
