Armenian Caritas organized a 3 days training on “Understanding inclusion, gender equality and their importance in Volunteer Fire Rescue Groups (VFRGs)” on October 24–26.
The event was attended by the representatives of the Rescue Forces Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, as well as representatives of the Armenian Red Cross Society and Armenian Caritas.
The training aimed to deepen understanding of inclusion and to explore practical ways of ensuring the participation of people with disabilities and women in MIA Rescue Service fire brigades and Volunteer Fire Rescue Groups (VFRGs).
Such inclusion not only enhances community safety but also promotes equal opportunities for all.
