On August 5, 2025 the VFR station of Talin VFRG in Aragatsavan was inaugurated in presence of Mr. Tavros Sapeyan, Head of the community of Talin, Mr. Artur Kirakosyan, Head of the Rescue Forces Department of the Rescue Service,  Mr. Sergey Sahakyan, ARCS Head of Disaster Management Department, and Mrs. Lusine Araqelyan, ARCS VolFiRe project coordinator.
