On March 19/20, 2025 the Noyemberan Volunteer Fire Rescue Group organised a two days training/exercice in Ptghavan led by the AutRC fire rescue expert.

The two-day training course focused on first aid and fire extinguishing, based on the risks identified in the communty. Ptghavan is on the border with Georgia and has a high volume of traffic. The final exercise therefore focused on fire and first aid in the event of a car accident.
