On April 27 and 28, 2025 the Noyemberan Volunteer Fire Rescue Group (VFRG) organised a simulation exercise in Ptghavan with the Noyemberan Rescue Service fire brigade and Noyemberan police patrol forces. The exercise was led by the AutRC fire rescue expert. Main thematic of exercise was extinguishing a structure fire and evacuating a victim from the building. 

Mr. Olivier Lefebvre, attache de securite at the Embassy of France in Armenia, attended the exercise. 

At the end all volunteers received an award certificate from the Ptghavan local administration.
